Levers of Influence of Turkey in the Construction of the Identity of the de facto States in the Black Sea Area
Abstract
Based on the theory of the regional security complex (Barry Buzan and Ole Waever) , the statements made by high-ranking officials and key decision-makers at the international and regional level, the paper aims to formulate a possible answer to the question of whether the steps taken by Turkey aimed both at asserting as an important regional political actor, as well as consolidating its position in the region, something that is increasingly well defined especially after the military attack launched by the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
