Socio-economic Aspects Appearing in the Conflict Zones and their Impact on the Balance in International Relations
Abstract
The recrudescence of international conflicts presupposed the adoption of somereactions by the international community in favor of the victims who suffer fromthe war and the adoption of mechanisms to help them in accordance withinternational standards in the field of humanitarian law. Unfortunately, theexisting legislative, political vacuum, of the inability of public, local orgovernmental authorities to impose themselves to the detriment of those who havebenefited from these situations is a fact that is more and more frequent andmaintained in many regions of the globe where war is being waged and conflictstake place. The deterioration of the status of the civilian population is closelyrelated to the belligerent groups and all those who have economic and politicalinterests in the region.
