Theoretical and Practical Considerations on the Evaluation Criteria of the Trainee Period of the Debutant Civil Servant
Abstract
Put in the position to evaluate the internship period of a debutant civil servant, themanagers are in the theoretical and practical situation to understand the concepts, criteria andappreciation of the debutant civil servant, the mentor and their own evaluations andappreciations, all correlated with each other. An extensive evaluation of the criteria in theprocess of evaluating the professional performance of civil servants for the activity carried outduring the internship period, is based on decision-making documents issued as a result of someinformation that is collected three-dimensionally debutant civil servant -mentor-leading publicservant. An in-depth understanding of the theoretical and practical side of this aspect will lead toa qualitative improvement of the evaluation process through criteria that the legislator hasdeveloped, but also by giving meaning to the fundamental cognitive processes, by involving eachparty in the evaluation.
