Administration and Interpretation of Evidence in Road Accident Cases
Abstract
In this paper, we carefully analyse the process of examining suspected vehicles and the necessary
steps to follow in order to determine whether or not they were involved in the road accident with an unknown
perpetrator. This meticulous examination, which involves both visual inspection and technical analysis, is
essential in establishing the connections between vehicles and the accident.
