The Impact of Information Technologies on the Educational Process
Abstract
The objective of the article is to underline the importance of using the information technologies in education as the engine of progress and of the rapid reception and processing of a diverse volume of information in the educational process. The study in question is based on the authors own research, basically to respond the question how the integration of information technologies impacted the educational process as well as to conduct a comparative literature review of the topic by underlining the key findings such as improved access to education and enhanced collaboration. Considering bother the positive and negative aspects of the impact, authors draw the statements about the way people learn and teach. The implications of the paper are far-reaching, but overall can have important feedback for a wide range of stakeholders, from educators and students to policymakers and technology companies, can contribute to the development of more effective and equitable education systems.
