The Role of Organizational Culture in Preventing Internal Crises
Abstract
Organizational culture is an ongoing activity and a healthy culture implies that the employee feels safe, that he is valued, that he belongs to a group, and all these things make him choose to stay with the company. Organizational culture represents a lifestyle and is the result of internal practices, norms of conduct, values, aspirations and beliefs specific to that organization. However, organizations are in a permanent competition, the demands of the market force them to change and adapt constantly, both externally and internally in order to succeed. I analyze in this paper how the organizational culture helps the organization to avoid internal crises.
