The Employer's Brand
Abstract
Employer branding is a goal for organizations that want to achieve performance through increased employee productivity and workforce retention. The profit and sustainability of the organization are influenced by the perceptions of the employer brand, both internally and externally. Organizational reputation strongly influences employee confidence and productivity, and achieving high-level performance through productivity and efficiency has always been a high-priority organizational objective. The paper aims to analyze how public relations strategies can help a brand become an employer brand.
