Public Administration in an Information Era. Challenges and Opportunities
Abstract
Information Era comes with changes, new challenges and many opportunities for public administration sector. The aim of our research is to identify these challenges and opportunities and the correlation between them. We chose as a research method the exploratory study based on the interview, in which 12 experts from the public administration participated (November - December 2022). The results of the research highlighted the opportunities that exist for public administration in the context of the Information Era, as well as the ways in which they can be exploited. The research findings have useful managerial implications for decision makers from public administration entities.
