The need for teaching of Higher Education in the XXI Century
Abstract
The world of our century is in an accelerated dynamic, globalization, the new scientific and technical revolution, the uncertainties of the internal and external environment of training, etc., impose a different way of approaching the didactic process for the training of specialists with a high level of performance in this perpetuum mobiles of the 21st century. As a result, the pedagogy of higher education must develop, in relation to the principles, methods and forms of organization of the educational process, a new theoretical and applied approach that will be centered on the acquisition of general and specific competencies but also meta-competences that will facilitate the evolution future specialists in new fields of knowledge that will undoubtedly appear in the decades to come.
