Bigamy
Abstract
The paper includes a brief analysis of the crime of bigamy provided for in the provisions of art. 376 of the Criminal Code. We took into account the pre-existing conditions of the crime (the legal object, the material object and the subjects), as well as its constitutive content (the objective side and the subjective side). Last but not least, I highlighted the consistency of the Romanian legislator for incriminating this kind of acts against the family. The work can be useful to practitioners in the field of law, as well as students and master's students of specialized faculties in the country. This paper is part of the university course on criminal law to be published this year at a prestigious publishing house in the field of legal sciences.Published
