The Incest in Romanian Law
Abstract
The work includes a brief examination of the crime of incest as provided in the current law. In the analysis, we considered the legal object and the material object, as well as the subjects of the crime, the objective side and the subjective side. We also considered and referred to the earlier offense under the 1969 Criminal Code. The study may be useful to students of law schools in the country, as well as to practitioners in the field of criminal law. The work is part of volume V of the Criminal Law Course to be published this year at a prestigious publishing house in the country.
